    DELIVERY POLICY FOR THE BEST DANCEWEAR BRAND IN THE MIDDLE EAST WITH WORLDWIDE DELIVERY

    At L’atelier Tutu, we ensure fast and secure delivery services so you receive all your dancewear, ballet leotards, and ballet shoes on time for your ballet classes, ballet performances, ballet galas, or dance training, wherever you are located. We offer express worldwide delivery as well as next-day delivery regionally.

    LOCAL DELIVERY (UAE)

    We deliver across the UAE for all your dancewear needs with free shipping in the United Arab Emirates above a total purchase of AED 299.

    Enjoy same-day delivery when you place your order before 11:00 am on weekdays (Monday to Friday).

    Enjoy next-day delivery when you place your order before 3:00 PM on weekdays (Monday to Friday).

    Orders placed after 3 PM on weekdays, or anytime during weekends or public holidays, will be processed the next business day and delivered within 48 business hours.

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

    We do offer international shipping. Delivery times vary depending on your location and may take anywhere from 2 days up to 7 days. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of your order and will be displayed at checkout.

    Please note: Duties and taxes are not included in the total shown at checkout and may be charged separately by your country’s customs authority. All payments will be processed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams).

     

    SAUDI ARABIA, KUWAIT, OMAN, BAHRAIN, QATAR

    L’atelier Tutu does deliver to the GCC Region (KSA, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar). We currently offer 3 to 5-day delivery with free shipping on purchases above AED 350 to the GCC countries.

    Shipping Across United Kingdom, Australia, Malaysia, Philippines and selected European Countries (Denmark, France, Austria, Germany, Monaco, Netherlands, Ireland, Portugal, Switzerland, Italy) for all your dancewear needs. We currently offer 3 to 5-day delivery with free shipping on purchases above AED 650

     

    USA, POLAND, SPAIN, BELGIUM, SINGAPORE, HONG KONG, INDONESIA

    We provide shipping to the USA, Poland, Spain, Belgium, Singapore, Hong Kong and Indonesia for all your dancewear needs. We currently offer 3 to 6-day delivery with free shipping on purchases above AED 750 for these regions.

     

    SOUTH AFRICA, CANADA, CZECH REPUBLIC

    Shipping Across South Africa, Canada, Czech Republic for All Your Dancewear Needs. We currently offer 4 to 6-day delivery with free shipping on purchases above AED 850.

    OUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

    As a valued L’atelier Tutu customer, we hope you love your purchase as much as we do. We understand that online shopping can sometimes lead to a change of mind, so please review the following information regarding UAE returns or International returns.

    UAE RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

    We want you to feel confident with every purchase and change of mind. For UAE Return orders, returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition with all tags attached, and returned in the original packaging.

    Non-Returnable Items

    • SALE items or Out of Stock items.
    • Tights (for hygiene reasons)
    • Ballet shoes with any signs of wear or use
    • Any used items or undergarments.

    For your convenience, our designated UAE team will arrange the collection and pick up the item directly from you. Product returns are available when made in accordance with our return and exchange policy; however, shipping fees are non-refundable.

    For orders where a shipping fee was paid, this cost will not be refunded. For orders that qualified for free delivery (e.g., orders above AED 299), if a return is requested an AED 50 shipping cost be deducted from the original payment.

    Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 48 hours. Please allow 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times. Alternatively, you may opt to receive your refund within 24 hours in the form of an online voucher, redeemable exclusively on lateliertutu.com (terms and conditions may apply). Items purchased during events, as well as purchases made using valid L’atelier Tutu vouchers, will be refunded exclusively in the form of an online voucher redeemable on lateliertutu.com (terms and conditions may apply).

    UAE EXCHANGES

    We unfortunately do not currently offer exchanges. However, you may return your products and place a new order. kindly refer to our Return and Refund Policy.

    INTERNATIONAL RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

    We want you to feel confident with every purchase and any change of mind. For international returns, items may be returned within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition, with all tags attached, and returned in their original packaging.

    The item(s) must be sent/delivered to L’Atelier Tutu in the UAE at the customer’s cost.

    Non-Returnable Items

    • SALE items or Out of Stock items.
    • Tights (for hygiene reasons).
    • Ballet shoes with any signs of wear or use
    • Any used items or undergarments.

    For international returns, we are pleased to offer a refund in the form of a credit note (issued as a gift card via email) for future use at L’atelier Tutu.

    Please note that refunds will be issued minus any shipping fees, duties, or taxes, which are non-refundable.

    For orders where a shipping fee was paid, this cost will not be refunded. For orders that qualified for free international delivery, if a return is requested, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

    For refunds including gifts, scrunchies, and/or washbags, all items must be included in your return. If any of these items are not returned, L’atelier Tutu reserves the right to deduct the retail value of the missing item(s) from your final refund amount.
